Ajinkya Rahane - Rising Cricket Star

Ajinkya Rahane is a Indian Cricketer, his full name is Ajinkya Madhukar Rahane. He born 5 June 1988 (age 23), in Maharashtra. His batting style is right-handed and bowling styole is right arm medium, who represents India in international cricket competitions. His main role in cricket is batting, he is a good batsman of youth india. There are 11 players in India who scored more than 1000 runs in a Single Ranji Trophy Seoson and Ajinkya Rahane is one of them. Currently Ajinkya rocking IPL with his batting.


Ajinkya Rahane plays domestic cricket for Mumbai and currently playing for Rajasthan Royals(RR) in IPL season 5 and On 15th April 2012, he scored an unbeaten and amazing 103 runs against RCB(Royal Challengers Bangalore) in IPL seoson 5. He is a top order batsman from mumbai who is quite good in opening innings. Actually Ajinkya has played as an opener for team India as he got chances and played for national team. He made his debut with Indian team in an ODI against England last year. Even though Team India had an abysmal outing in England, Rahane impressed with his calm and mature batting performace there.
